Quality and Environment

Celoplás’s Quality Management System is structured in compliance with the ISO 9001:2008 and ISO TS 16949:2009 standards, whereas the ISO 9001:2008 certification is extended in an integrated way to CCL and Celoprint, two of our group companies. The environmental certification according to ISO 14001 is in progress and scheduled for 2012.

Quality and Environment department has 6 employees and 2 laboratories for support:

Metrology Laboratory: It ensures all needs in terms of plastic parts and tools measurements, and possesses a three-dimensional multi-sensor Mahr machine, a three-dimensional DEA machine and two  three-dimensional optical CNC machines, among other equipment.

Materials Laboratory: It is able to perform several tests to raw materials and plastic parts with several equipment such as a climate chamber, MFI and an optical microscope.
